Honestly it's in a place it's safe, good security, friendly staff. Only issue is the bed. It's hard as a rock. The pull out couch is softer. Soo people with back issues beware

Absolute terrible service at this hotel. Poor manners, poor hospitality. Allow yourself a few extra bucks and stay at a hotel where they actually consider and value hospitality. First, they didn’t let their staff know I had checked in already and someone came in my room while I was changing. Outrageous. Second, when I asked for someone to bring me luggage cart because I had two very heavy and large suitcases and their respond every time was “come and get it” “bring it after”. What kind of guest service is this? Will not be staying ever again. Sucks!

My family and I stayed here the night before heading to Rock Springs. We had a VERY spacious double queen suite and couldn’t have felt more comfortable. The hotel is very nicely updated (great lobby), great breakfast choices and the fitness center even has a peloton bike! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Strangely, second night stay, the lady at the front desk was rude for no reason and continually that way. Because of that, I wont go back. The lady with the short hair, was great.

I believe the dog fee of $85 was way too high for a one night stay. Most hotels charge $20-$25 for dogs. This hotel was extremely expensive to travel with pets.

The breakfast was fresh and hot and replenished often by staff if items ran out before the end of service. Front desk was also very helpful with a reservation error and getting things sorted quickly.
